Is The Colony BYU Contracted? What does this mean? Who can live here?

The Colony is a BYU Contracted property therefore we can only accept eligible BYU students. To be eligible, students must attend one of the following schools: BYU- Provo, BYU-Idaho, BYU-Hawaii, BYU Evening, BYU English Language Center, BYU Salt Lake Center, Ensign College, BYU Flex GE

Are there any other fees in addition to rent and utilities?

We do not charge an application fee. If a tenant has a vehicle there is a $60 charge for a parking permit for the length of the contract. There is also a $30 per semester non-refundable portion of the deposit.

What amenities does The Colony have?

We have a new pickelball and basketball court along with a sand volleyball court. We have a great pool and hot tub that are generally run between April/May to October/November weather permitting. We also have a BBQ and picnic area next to the pool.

How many bathrooms are there in the apartments?

The 3-bedroom apartment has 1 1/2 bathrooms and the 2 bedroom apartment has 1 bathroom with an extra vanity outside of the bathroom.

What is the parking situation?

The Colony is known for plenty of parking with our unique private street and parking behind the buildings. Parking permits are $60 for the length of the contract. Permits are issued on move in day.
